The profile is as valid without them.
Actually, it would not be extra, but the way includes work it is forced to a paragraph of its own...
There resources were added to make the imported examples complete.
These Patient resources were added manually just to make the examples imported from Kanta PHR complete. They provide no additional value for anyone interested in Patient resources. Remove the HAPI resource too. It does not attempt to conform to FI Base Patient (there is no identifier).
It should be the one in root, without version info
