Although we probably should not do this manually...
Use identifier with and identifier. Add fullUrl to entries.
We don't clarify what global profiles are. Perhaps we should?
We can now include the Patient example as an example of FiPatient, .name is no longer mandatory.
And list others that we'd like to ignore, but they are errors...
These have now been resolved by creating the Patient resources.
The link is wrong. It should perhaps just point to the heading How to find a patient in a ward? quite close above. Perhaps quite unnecessary?
Main change, talk of `partOf` instead of `parentOf`. Otherwise minor editorial and grammar changes.
