Overview

Analyzer project has been created

Issues Resolved

Behavioral Changes

Now the analyzers will check if UseTutorialCoachMark was called

Testing Procedure

Try to install Maui.TutorialCoachMark package ant compile it without include UseTutorialCoachMark
We will see an error
