Test suite on macos-latest is failing:

looks like there were some connection issues hitting either fastly or other services, there were test failures hitting viceroy (?).

I was also getting issues on my branch but i just re-ran the failing tests locally and on CI and it seems to have resolved. kicking off a rerun now
