Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
RPi3 and 4 does not have a USB data-interface so they have no way of start in manual mode.

Describe the solution you'd like
Check for an active link on eth0-interface

Describe alternatives you've considered
Force manual mode by file in /root/ as is done with .pwnagotchi-auto
