Release notes:

Breaking changes

Moved spatial indexes to package extensions. Instead of doing accelerate(A, RTreeIndex), do:

using LibSpatialIndex
accelerate(A, LibSpatialIndex)

or use SortTileRecursiveTree and SpatialIndexing instead of LibSpatialIndex.
