One of the larger timezone relations in OSM (America/Chicago) now appears to have corrupted geojson for some reason. Also, it appears that it was deleted and restored since the last update. This may be indicative of how it may be risky to use these timezone relations in OSM since there may not be acceptance of their existance is OSM.

I'm going to work on manually building America/Chicago from states and counties, so this release may take a while. Also, this is just the first problem I encountered while downloading the data from overpass, so there may be other issues as well.

pull request for any modifications to this area without requiring
backup sources of info.
