rd10_rgc

This repository contains the analysis code and notebooks underlying the analyses published in Dyszkant et al. (2025): "Photoreceptor degeneration has heterogeneous effects on functional retinal ganglion cell types".

Repository structure

The repository contains the code to reproduce the analyses and figures.

Code

The code can be found in the code folder; it's published under the MIT license. Each jupyter notebook describes the analyses performed and builds the figures depicted in the paper.
