tmp project directory explained
Each project contains a main config.toml which directs scrape-util's execution for that specific project. The toml file may be split up into separate files for organizational purposes. A state-files folder is also present which holds toml files containing the most recent timestamp that represents when scrape-util last ran for a given sensor.
