Initial testing release

The first generally usable release of the Turtlecoin One Click Miner meant for trying and testing. Needs a xmr-stak release folder in its directory to work correctly. Requires current .NET Framework. Have fun mining TRTL! Important: it's still a prerelease only, so it might not always work as expected. Please file issues you run into or submit pull requests. Thank you ^^
