What:
Create rollup builds with Babel 7 and run tests on cjs builds
Why:
Babel 7 has smaller helpers so the size will decrease.
How:
Update to
rollup-plugin-babel@4.0.0-beta.0and add another jest config, aliasing the packages to the cjs build instead of srcChecklist:
This isn't done because I'm having some problems with the UMD build
