Pin Out of the RTD probes using 3.5 mm jacks

This project uses the 3 wire RTDs like these ones from Omega. The RTD is symbolized as a resistor (International standard) with 3 wires. 2 of them coming from the same side of the RTD and another from the other (same colors on the RTDs). You need to wire as shown on the diagram while trying to keep the same length as much as possible. RTD pin out
