npm is still on v1.3.4

Set specific file-saver version

Newer version changed how it exports the package, and when that's
fixed the function doesn't actually save the file. Should be okay
to update to 1.3.6 and beyond once that's available on npm.

I had the same issue here. I fixed the last version on the dependencies for now

I just updated the package manager metadata files. npm will be updated soon.
