This PR adds a contributing guide and issue templates to Ackee.
I created two issue templates, a bug report and feature request template. I also added a link to Ackee's docs to the config.yml which will be shown when creating a new issue.
Let me know if I should also create a PR template or if there's something wrong with the changes.
