[Feature request] Display full text on hover

Right now when the text is too long, it will just get cropped, with no way to see the whole string (besides inspecting the element).

Displaying the full string when hovering mouse over the cropped text

Opening the full text in a cute dialog might also be an option :)

I do not think this is implemented in 3.1.1. I hover over the trimmed text but noting happens @electerious

I have now tried firefox and brave (based on chromium)
