[Request] Update Fleet and Elastic Agent Overview

Description

Fleet and Elastic Agent overview is inaccurate and repetitive:

• Integrations are no longer part of Fleet.
• Fleet is covered in two places. Content should be condensed, made accurate, and presented in one place in the overview.
• Fleet section should also talk about the ability to upgrade the elastic agent binaries (one of the big advantages) and make the ability to push policy updates to enrolled agents more prominent.
