So, this is probably fine, but just wanted to note that if you configure the precision to lose decimal places, then two values that are actually different can appear the same. But I guess that's what you get if you configure this setting to lose precision.

This adds a formatter for number type fields and an advanced setting for setting the decimal precision for displayed values. Closes #2500 2492
