The kbn/pm dist regularly includes tons of unnecessary updates because module IDs in the bundled output are numeric and often shift by one or two, causing thousands of lines to be changed. This PR switches the build to use stable module IDs (based on the file name for legibility) as well as a few other optimizations which have the potential to reduce the amount of code that ends up in the built file.
