Describe the feature:
The Sold products per day TSVB chart was not converted to Lens because we didnt have support for the interval function. We added support in the previous minor so now we can convert it.

Note: Atm there is a bug on the TSVB to Lens conversion, instead of using the Lens time_range() function we are using the interval() one.#164148

We want to convert this visualization as in serverless TSVB is going to be on read only mode and having this chart on the sample data might create some confusion.

Closes #164146

Changes the remaining TSVB panel to a by value Lens metric.

Remove the ecommerce dataset and reinstall it
