This page has numerous outdated content.

  1. CSV: This topic refers to an old implementation that was removed. It should explain the csv_searchsource export type.
  2. PDF: This topic refers to an old implementation that was removed. It should explain the printablePdfV2 / PNG V2 export type.

This should be updated for the benefit of developers that create new integrations that export data using reports.

Coming back to this, since a developer just asked me where this documentation lives. Related issues like this could easier worked through with better documentation: #161316 (comment)
