Describe the feature:
Allow user to drop first bucket from a visualization

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
When I have a calculation involving differences
I need to exclude the first bucket (first or last)
So I can avoid seeing a false spike due to difference from no data

As we specifically switched this to off in TSVB I would advise against this for the reasons lined out here which are valid for Lens as well: #95756
