Kibana version: 7.14.0-bc2

When building a table in Lens and splitting the table rows by "Top values", there is an arbitrary limit of 1000 as the "Number of values" to aggregate.

When the user enters a larger number, there is no indication that the input is invalid. If the user then clicks away from the side panel, the side panel simply closes with no indication that the large number is ignored.
