Adds more detail to the reference info about Functionbeat commands.

I've also taken the opportunity to add a few edits, and removed some empty lines near conditional blocks so maintainers don't accidentally add the wrong content to the conditional blocks.
I have not tested all the commands; I've updated the docs to match what I see when I run
functionbeat --help. It's possible that we might want to suppress other bits of content.
