Add Italian translation

There seem to be a lot of missing translations but I approved it anyway and hopefully you, or someone else, will translate the rest of the strings.

@ekutner I checked again, and the translations are all present (except a few terms that are kept in english by purpose to align to the Home Connect application).

I only updated the entity.sensor, as the documentation states

Translations MUST be added and modified ONLY under the "entity.sensor" node of the translation file because those values will also be used to automatically overwrite the values under the "enity.select" node.

but I see that the other language files are translated also in entity.select. Should I update also entity.select?
