The new prop (disableHover) sets hoverMode prop passed to Widgets to false regardless of whether we are passing changeRating or not

The star rating component doesn't work right on touch screens. It gets stuck in internal hover state after you tap a star so that if you don't tap anywhere else but only swipe to say another screen, that other screen will show the same star rating until you tap somewhere.
