This PR is a cherry-pick from #1396.
FURTHER NOTES
It was necessary to keep the file
V0_0_2__Alter_Dataplane_AddTransferTypeDestinationColumn.sqlsince adding the indexes to thedataplanetable is done using the fileV0_0_3__Alter_Dataplane_CreateStateIndex.sql. This way the bug fix won't break the migration.It has been tested and verified that adding the column does not affect the EDC connector
