Extracts chat agent implementations into an own package to separate the core AI framework from concrete agents. Repurposes the "ai-workspace-agent" package to "ai-ide-agents". Moves all chat agents into this new package. Resolves eclipse-theia#14856

Currently we have number of chat agents which come included with
@theia/chatalthough adopters might not even want to use them. In general there is a huge difference between the core Theia AI framework maturity / implementation and experimental default agents. Therefore these agents should be extracted into an own package, so their consumption is optional.The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
