Introduce VS Code extension for SCORE project:

  • .vscode set-up for vertical line and esbonio support
  • code completion, syntax highlighting and so on
  • Documentation and "How-To"

Let me rephrase that 😉

  • Introduce initial highlighting, preview and linting for .rst and .md files (-> esbonio)
  • Introduce initial code completion for .rst and .md files (-> templates and/or sphinx-needs extension)

And further improvements are out of scope of this issue?!
