To install it manually:

Download fr.kazejiyu.discord.rpc.integration.p2-1.0.3.zip
Open Eclipse IDE
Go to Help > Install New Software...
Click on Add... > Archive...
Select the archive > Add
Check Discord Rich Presence Integration
Next > Finish
