Simplifies GeoBlazor Registration, removes the need to call home to the dymaptic Licensing server.
Note: There are currently a handful of customers who have a current registration key. I will leave in place the code on the server to validate these registrations, but also email the registered users and give them a new registration key for newer versions of GeoBlazor when this is merged.
