* Remove redundant configs
* clean some up mess
* Upgrade compiler setup to download compilers
* add MLGO/ThinLTO/POLLY/DFA per compiler
* fix some typos with y/n options
* add BUILD_OPTIONS to print kernel info before compiling
* improve bsdiff checker
* add new compilers to list
* add default options to prevent crashes and empty options
* Remove deprecated GCC compilers
