[Bug] "Find in page" incorrectly starts from '5/16' instead of '1/16' when the page is at the top

Describe the bug

The search results display '5/16

Screen.Recording.mov

' as the initial match.

How to Reproduce

1. Open the page you want to search, e.g., www.wikipedia.org.
2. Tap the 'three-dot' menu button.
3. Tap 'Find in page' button.
4. Enter your search term or phrase in the search bar, e.g., 'h'.

Expected behavior

The search results should display '1/16' as the initial match, especially since the page is at the top without any scrolling.
