Ignore php translations

Previously the langscanner would find and include translations that should reside in php-style translation files.

For example validation.accepted - which is present in the default installation inside the lang/en/validation.php file.

These kinds of translations should be excluded as they are part of the framework itself and there are plenty of repositories, for example, this one: https://github.com/Laravel-Lang/lang
