Google search results turn up old versions of docs

Google's search engine indexing doesn't understand our old docs versions, so we get a lot of old versions turning up on the docs.

It looks like mike now has a canonical_version option that sets rel=canonical to help with this. We should deploy with this option going forward, though we might need to rebuild or edit existing versions as well.
