The simple-dependency-graph.* files are for a different doc - we don't need those.

I think we can also get by without the rendered PNG now - Github didn't use to support SVG in markdown because it opened everything up to javascript injection but it does now and sanitizes the SVG (as demonstrated by simple-dependency-graph.svg).
