Most of the DBAL events aren't documented yet, so I created this PR to update the docs.
I contains just some basics of the schema events and I didn't go deeper into the additional SQL statements of the event args and the conditions when these are getting added to the queries and when not (preventDefault).
There aren't details of the execution order because I'm not sure if there is a defined fix order that is shared between the different platforms.
Is there anything that still needs more attention in the documentation?
