SN76489AN MOTO SOUND CARD
U3,U1,U6 decode addresses to generate the proper chip select. The chip select latches data bus on the U4 output till U5(sound chip) completes reading process. J2 jumper set the device address to $a7fe or $a7ff for MO series and to $e7fe or $e7ff for TO series computers, this also permits to mount two soundcards. U2,U1, Y1 generate the sound chip clock that is enabled by U7 at the first chip select and disabled by the master reset. This is was necessary because at power on the SN76489AN starts immediately generating the default sound. The led light on when sound chip is enable.

Because of some mistakes, this built version has cuttracks and jumpers.
