- Upgrade Ruby to 3.3 from 2.5
- Upgrade Rails to 7.1
- Change Heroku stack to 24
- Major version upgrade changes to packages
- User Terser instead of Uglifier
- Upgrade contact form and details to Borthwick only remove DTI mention, Borthwick will receive emails to contact DTI for changes if any.
- Upgrade Borthwick branding
