This commit introduces several improvements to the internal and beta release workflow: - Updates the workflow to generate and update the changelog automatically. - Adds a step to create a Sentry release for beta releases. - Improves the naming and organization of workflow steps. - Removes unnecessary steps and configurations. - Adds emojis to workflow step names for better readability.
