This PR implements continue!, or continue unconditionally, to force continuing until the end of the program regardless of any enabled breakpoints.

* [#528](deivid-rodriguez/byebug#528): `quit!` help to not show a space between "quit" and "!".

### Removed

* Support for MRI 2.2. Byebug no longer installs on this platform.
