PR #3 for the Flowbite refactor. Updates the assistants form and associated components (had to rebuild a couple).
Also fixes styling for global layouts.
Assistant E2Es are passing, assistant avatar e2es are not, the avatar code will be refactored to flowbite in a separate PR and the tests will be fixed then.
