ApJL acceptance release

After ApJL peer review, we expanded the data sets for training and test. Because of this we needed to switch to a generator-based method to manage the larger data volume.

arXiv submission release

This is the release for submission to arXiv. Comments from referees and the community may result in future releases. If the manuscript is accepted for publication and assigned its own DOI, we will update to link back to that DOI.
