[vllm] add flashinfer wheel for 0.2.0.post2

Description

Installs the wheel for flashinfer 0.2.0.post2 - vllm 0.7.1 uses post1, but there is not official torch 2.5 wheel for that version. I have tested 0.2.0.post2 locally with Llama and it functions well.

Before this, my test with Llama and FlashInfer backend failed completely.

Please delete options that are not relevant.
