Description

Adding LICENSE file

Why do we need it, and what problem does it solve?

It will enable us using https://pkg.go.dev/license-policy

What is the expected result?

License is present and we are able to see published symbols there: https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/deckhouse/sds-node-configurator/api/v1alpha1
