[QA] Night/Day Button | Missing Hover Animation

📔 Issue Description:

The Night/Day (ex-Skybox) button in the sidebar does not display the expected hover/unhover animation. Currently, it only changes color but does not execute the proper animation as intended in the design.

📌 Design reference: PR #3198

STR:

1. Launch the Explorer.
2. Open the sidebar and locate the Night/Day (Skybox) button.
3. Hover over the button and then unhover.
4. Observe the animation behavior.

✔️ Expected Result:

The button should display a smooth hover/unhover animation combined with the button name hint

❌ Actual Result with evidence:

The button only changes color but does not play the expected animation.

This issue was verified in build v0.53.0 and is working as expected. The Night/Day (Skybox) button correctly displays the hover/unhover animation along with the button name hint.
