- Added a Bootstrap 4 row view helper.
- Added a Bootstrap 4 column view helper.
- Updated dependencies, zendframework/zend-view v2.10
* First version of row view helper including initial tests * Updated README, min version should be 7 as per composer.json * Added total downloades to README * Updated description in composer.json * Initial entry in changelog
* Initial pass at column class
* Added validation, column size needs to be between 1 and 12
* Tests for column view helper, raised issues with view helper * Reordered the assignment of classes * Trim final class string
* Updated changelog and readme
