A XenServer host may accept SSH connections on port other than 22. This commit adds a packer option 'remote_ssh_port' to connect to a custom port.

This PR adds a Packer configuration option
remote_ssh_portfor Xen and XCP-ng primary servers that expose the SSH service on a port different than 22.
