This pull request will be too difficult to review the changes. In order to ensure this change is ready to be merged I have done the following:

  • Iso packer builder compiles
  • Iso packer builder is able to create a new VM template for a centos 8 VM and install packages with kickstart
  • Successfully launched a VM from the packer VM template with the terraform-provider-xenorchestra terraform provider
