K8S中以ReplicationController发布的资源需要改造成为 deployment类型 #319

理论上既然上k8s了使用deployment运行是不是会更好点呢，也是k8s官方比较推荐的管理方式，因为用户可能会对接web管理页面后方便对容器进行手动扩缩容

确实在阿里云Ack里资源发布流程里已经看不到ReplicationController类型的资源了，需要将TIS K8S发布的方案中以以ReplicationController发布的资源需要改造成为 deployment类型
