feat(sdk): support qualified urn names in simple urn constructors

This change mainly applies to urns with a single field.

All existing functionality is preserved. Technically this is a breaking change if you had tags like urn:li:tag:urn:li:tag:legacy, but I don' think that's an important callout.

While it's hard to follow code updates in avro_codegen, definitely new test cases are correct.
